Where to even begin, our entire transaction was not the standard by any means and Craig was there every step of the way. We made an offer on a home we were very interested in, and a week later while we were in attorney review, another buyer came in and offered a substantial amount over asking. The reason I am mentioning that story is Craig quickly hours later got us multiple appointments to see houses and we had an offer on the table that night with our now new home. The 2nd part of the sale, was Craig selling our current townhome. Craig was very confident he could sell it quick, and had multiple showing hours after it went on the market. From there we had a full price offer just a few days on the market. There were some hurdles during the negotiations with our sell, and Craig kept the transaction moving not letting little things hold it up. And the most important thing I would like to highlight, is the night before we were about to sell our house, there were some minor things needing to get done, and Craig went above and beyond to help out to ensure there were no delays. If you want a realestate agent that is ethical, hardworking, and quick on his feet this is your guy. He will even tell you the facts whether you want to hear it or not. I really am thankful we had Craig through this craziness over the past 3 months.

Craig knows the local Hunterdon county market well & was great at guiding us, both from a pricing & list timing perspective, to successfully sell our home in record time! He has great relationships with his peers within KW and other leading realty firms in the area, and is an excellent guide through making or accepting offers. We looked at many homes together - he was very candid with his thoughts on each property, and was always available to answer questions or follow up just about any time of day or evening. He was also quite patient with us as we waffled between buying or renting for the near term, remaining super easy to work with &very accommodating throughout. We would not hesitate to work with him again in the future, as we continue to look for our forever home.

Craig saw us through the sale of our house and the purchase of a new house. He was very professional and responsive, meeting our needs even in this difficult time. He marketed our house very well. His photographer took excellent pictures that showed our house well. We were fortunate that we had two open houses just before the quarantine went in to effect. Craig followed up with all prospective buyers and kept us informed every step of the way.

Overall, it was as pleasant an experience as moving can be. He is conscientious and genial individual with whom I felt very secure. He is a good person.
